Ciboo is a calorie and nutrition tracking application that helps you log meals, track macronutrients, and monitor your progress toward health goals. The app uses AI to estimate nutritional content from food descriptions.

3. Not Medical Advice

Ciboo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Nutritional estimates are approximate and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

4. AI Estimates Disclaimer

Calorie and macronutrient values generated by AI are estimates only. Actual nutritional content may vary based on preparation methods, portion sizes, and ingredient variations. You are responsible for verifying values when accuracy is important.

5. User Accounts

You may use Ciboo as a guest or create an account via Google or email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Guest accounts are temporary — data is lost upon sign-out.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Abuse the AI food parsing feature (e.g., excessive automated requests)
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users

7. Intellectual Property

Ciboo, the Ciboo logo, and Ciboo Score are trademarks. The service and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your food log data remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ciboo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes based on nutritional estimates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the service or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
